James Lind Care offers sponsors truly patient centric enrolment services. We believe that successful enrolment is achieved by applying a genuine understanding and care of the patient’s interest.

Prior to engaging in any patient enrolment activity, James Lind Care performs an attractiveness analysis of the trial. This to ensure that whatever we do is in the interest of our members, and to provide a tool for the sponsor to improve patient-centricity.

We attentively guide patients from their initial point of interest in engagement, through to being enrolled in the right trial for them. Through understanding the patient’s perspective, we can refer well-informed, thoroughly qualified and motivated patients to the trial sites. This results in low screen failures and low drop-outs.

James Lind Care has a team of experienced and dedicated research nurses in all countries where we deliver our services. Prior to the study start, they are trained in the protocol and exchange insights with the trial’s site nurses. This allows the best possible site referal of trial participants to be performed, based on patient dialogue.

We rely on a close nurse-to-nurse collaboration. Our research nurses follow and guide each qualified patient through to randomisation. This means that our study nurses assist both the patient and the site nurse with all necessary actions, to facilitate a smooth path to participation for the patient. Site nurses are appreciative of our patient’s path service.
